When I speak at a conference, naturally I‘m there to inform, engage and energise the audience. However, it’s not enough to just sit and listen passively to a speaker. What’s most important to me is that each delegate feels comfortable enough to participate, contribute and challenge themselves in order to have the optimum conference experience. In other words they will leave on a high, with practical strategies that they can apply to impact their own performance back in the workspace.
